Where does Picnik ship?
We currently ship only within the continental US, but our goal is to bring Picnik to the whole world!

How much does shipping cost?
Ground shipping for our coffee creamer is $5 to $10 depending on how many units you order and where you live. We often run specials for free shipping, so be on the lookout for coupon codes!

I placed my order. What's the next step?
When your order is complete, we’ll send you an email confirmation. Then, we’ll process the order and ship it out. Once product has left our facility, we’ll send you an email notification with tracking information and an expected delivery date!

I received a shipment of Picnik Creamer and it wasn’t chilled. Should I be worried? 
Nope. Picnik Creamer can be shipped without refrigeration. It’s fine in ambient temperatures for a few days, but to get the best shelf life and product consistency, pop them in your refrigerator. Then give a good shake before you use it. 

What forms of payment do you accept?
We offer secure online ordering and accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

Can I use more than one discount code at checkout?
We can only accept one promo code per order.

How do I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us within four hours of placing your order to cancel or make changes to your order.

How do subscriptions work?
To start a subscription go to a product page and choose the subscribe and save option. By choosing a subscription, you will save 10% and will receive the product every 4 weeks. You can edit or cancel your subscription at any time by logging in and accessing the settings in your account 

How do I make changes to my subscription?
Log into your account to make changes to your subscription at any time. In your account, you can edit your shipping or billing information, pause or cancel your subscription, or change your plan. If you need help, please contact us.

What is the PicnikShop.com return policy?
We don't accept returns, but if your order was damaged in transit or you received the wrong Picnik product, please contact us and we'll either send you a replacement or offer you a credit on picnikshop.com

If you believe there is a quality issue with your Picnik item, please contact us and share the best-by-date and code on the back of the carton so we can look into the batch of product you received. These inquiries will be handled on a case by case basis. If you have a slightly different question or just want to talk to someone awesome, please contact us.
