Picnik food trailer in Austin

our story

Founder Naomi Seifter opened the first Picnik food trailer in Austin, TX in 2013. She was among the first in the nation to serve butter coffee, plus breakfast and lunch items made with locally sourced, premium ingredients. As her restaurant concept gained more traction and locations, Naomi decided to convert her best selling recipes into products that could reach people all across the US. After nearly a year of work, Picnik’s functional creamer started hitting shelves in 2018. It is available in four varieties - new Vanilla Oatmilk Adaptogen, Keto, Plant-Based, and Collagen – each with a superstar blend of grass-fed or plant-based fats and energizing MCT oil.

Today, our goal is to offer products that help #makeitcount. Whether you’re eating Keto, low carb, paleo, vegan, or just trying to be a little healthier, our functional ingredients accommodate a wide spectrum of dietary requirements, so you can conveniently eat what your body craves and what it needs. We hope you find it easy and uplifting to incorporate Picnik into your morning routine!

meet our founder

Hi everyone, I’m Naomi. I’m an entrepreneur, a real food lover, a crystal collector and a first-time Mom. I founded Picnik because I’m super passionate about making revolutionary, one-of-a-kind products that enhance a healthy lifestyle. Eating well doesn’t have to mean sacrificing fun or flavor. I believe in crafting better-for-you products with the cleanest ingredients that taste amazing. Oh, and I’m all about convenience, too! I want our products to be super easily integrated into your life.

I’m a Mom, I get it…We are all just too busy. I also think it’s important that we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Life for me is all about balance. I love kale, but also tacos. Fun, flavor and function are all of equal importance to me. I’m here for a good time, not a long time, so I want to feel my best so I can live my best life. That is my wish for you, too. In everything you do, have fun, give it your all and make it count.
