Iced Lavender Latte with Oatmilk Adaptogen Creamer

 iced honey vanilla lavender latte

We have iced honey lavender lattes on repeat, for good reason. It's like sipping summer from a glass! Honey and lavender combine earthy-sweet and floral notes, pairing perfectly with robust espresso or cold brew. Rich oatmilk, nutritious collagen, and mind-balancing adaptogens in Picnik Oatmilk Adaptogen Creamer makes this a perfect dairy-free summer latte with just a touch of irresistible vanilla. Make the lavender syrup ahead of time, store in the fridge, and use it for everything from iced honey lavender lattes to cocktails to lemonade.

for the honey lavender syrup

  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp dried culinary lavender

Combine ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat and cook until honey is dissolved. Remove from heat, let cool, and strain before storing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 6 months.

for the iced honey lavender latte

  • 8 oz strong cold brew
  • 1/2 cup Picnik Vanilla Oatmilk Adaptogen Creamer
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons honey lavender syrup

build it up!

Fill a glass with ice and cold brew, stir in syrup and pour Vanilla Oatmilk Adaptogen Creamer on top. Stir to combine. For a frothy and incorporated latte, combine all ingredients in a mason jar and shake together for 30 - 45 seconds and pour over ice.

     Dairy-free thai iced coffee

    dairy-free thai iced coffee

Thai Iced Coffee is a strong, sweet, creamy, and delicious. It's the perfect cold treat for those special days where you need an extra indulgent energy boost. Thai Iced Coffee starts with very strong coffee, so we suggest brewing double the coffee ahead of time for extra dark and robust coffee. We use Picnik Plant-Based Creamer in place of traditional condensed milk, and it's the perfect swap for a Thai Iced Coffee that's easy on the gut and great for brain power + focus. The homemade Plant-Based condensed milk mellows the coffee flavor for a decadent, lightly spiced, and uplifting take on an iced latte.

Combine ingredients in a saucepan and warm on low heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. Once sugar is incorporated, increase the head to low-medium and gently simmer, untouched, for 35-40 minutes until the creamer has darkened into a grey color and has reduced by half. Do not stir, or you may crack and crystalize the mixture. Gently skim off any foam you might see through the process. Once the mixture is finished cooking, pour into a jar to let cool completely before covering and storing in the fridge. The mixture will thicken in the fridge over the next few hours, and can be used continuously throughout the week in drinks and baking recipes!

    • 4 cups of strong brewed coffee
    • 2 teaspoons cardamom
    • 1 teaspoon almond extract

Brew coffee with the cardamom added. Add almond extract and store in a pitcher in the fridge for future use. Fill a glass to the brim with ice, add coffee and top with one tablespoon (or more!) of plant-based condensed milk. Enjoy!

    build it up!

Line a glass with the juice from a lemon. Dip the top of the glass in sugar and pour a mix of ice and fresh sliced strawberries into the sugar rimmed glass.
