five questions that will revolutionize your year

Looking down at sidewalk says

Without fail, we see the "new year, new you" campaigns every which way we look. We would like to propose this: you are awesome, brilliant, smart, and talented just the way you are (just like Bruno Mars told us). No new you, the current you is just perfect.

But perhaps, you could use some support around empowered practices to create positive change in one, or a few, areas of your life... food, finances, relationships, or creativity, just to get the list started.

Below, we share a step-by-step questionnaire to help you laser in on where and how to effectively place your focus and energy in the new year. This work is inspired by Brian Tracy's Psychology of Achievement, a book that had a profound impact on the life and mindset of Picnik's founder, Naomi.

To begin, set your space; make sure the area you'll be working in is tidy, light a candle, put on some comfy clothes and good music, and dive in.

Be willing to give yourself this gift to intentionally manifest what will come your way in 2018. Happy New Year, friends!

Create A Priority List: Looking at the above goals, obstacles, deadlines and details, create a to-do list in order of priority. This will give your subconscious a picture as to how you will achieve your dreams.

Visualize: Take some time and space to be in silence and reflect upon these goals. What are the clear, vivid, exciting, emotional feelings you will experience when you make these dreams a reality? Imagine yourself accomplishing these goals. Create a complete, mental picture of seeing each of these goals to fruition. This activates your superconscious mind to achieve it.
